Is the cleaing company well established?Do they offer any guarantees about quality of service and quality of cleaning?Do they supply their own cleaning equipment, or will the client provide it?Do they bring their own cleaning materials, or will the client supply them?Is the cleaning company experienced in the type of cleaning that you need?Is the cleaning company insured against damage and loss?Do they have references that can be readily checked?Have they been police checked (essential if they are to be key holders)?Do they have a secure key management system (coded tags etc)?Do they have landline telephone and a business address?Are they responsive to your enquiry?Do they listen to what you need, and respond accordingly?Do they offer confirmation in writing?Do they provide a contract, as appropriate?Are you dealing with a sales-person, or the decision maker/business owner?Do they offer value for money (which doesn't always mean the cheapest)?Are they knowledgable and experienced?Are they big enough that they won't let you down?Are they helpful?Could you trust them?Are you confident they will do as you agree?
