Many clients ask us to hold keys, enabling us to enter the property without inconveniencing them.

We are completely trustworthy, have a secure system of key storage, and always do multiple checks to ensure we have left the promises secure, including setting alarm systems correctly.

As you would expect we have police references to confirm we have no criminal convictions. We are happy to supply a copy of this certificate on request (this is sometimes requested by you insurance company, particularly for commercial premises).
